The student Journalist Programme envisions equipping students with hands-on skills in journalism with great specifics to child reporting. The programme is an intergration phase to fix the missing gaps in the job market.
Through the engagements with the students, pratical skills are enhanced blending the theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

What we do

We partner with higher institutions of learning and hold engagements with the student journalists. After the training, the students are also tasked to write  and produce stories. This becomes a connection for them to the wider East African Child Rights Reporters Network.
